Post Your Event for Free
Creating an event on SmartTech Academy will be simple. Event organizers will be able to provide details such as:
- Event title
- Description
- Date and time
- Venue or online meeting information
- Event category
- Registration details
- Additional information attendees need to know
Once published, the event becomes visible across the SmartTech Academy platform, helping learners and community members discover opportunities that match their interests. Instead of creating a flyer and hoping the right people see it, your event can become part of a growing technology and learning community.
Manage Everything in One Place
Posting an event is only the beginning. The event management system is being designed to help organizers manage their events from a central dashboard.
Depending on the event setup, organizers will be able to keep track of their event information, monitor registrations and applications, and manage the event as it progresses.
This means organizers won’t need to jump between multiple platforms just to keep their events organized. Everything will live within the SmartTech Academy ecosystem. Our goal is to make organizing community events easier, especially for individuals and organizations that may not have access to expensive event management software.
Free Means Free
There are many event platforms available today.
Some charge organizers to publish events.
Others take a percentage of ticket sales.
Some limit the number of attendees unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
We’ve chosen a different approach.
